1 General Provisions

Welcome to Fincy Wine. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users of the Fincy Wine platform and the entity that operates Fincy Wine. By browsing the website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Fincy Wine operates an online Sports Betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Fincy Wine supports all major mobile and banking payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If match-fixing or any irregular activity is suspected, the relevant bets will be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Fincy Wine regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the general rules are:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x–20x the bonus amount). Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering condition has been met.
• Duration: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for the welcome bonus one time only. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus Abuse: If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, Fincy Wine may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources.
• Processing transactions through a third-party account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in any hacking activity.
• Placing bets using insider information about an event.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Fincy Wine may temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms.
• Submitting false or forged documents during KYC verification.
• If evidence of a security risk or suspicious activity is found.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months).

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance, unless a forfeiture process is already underway due to a violation.

8 Limitation of Liability

Fincy Wine accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by technical issues, server outages, or internet connectivity problems.
• Issues caused by errors from third parties (such as payment providers or data feed suppliers).
• Financial losses resulting from user negligence or error.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
